Some advices:

     Practice using your imagination . If you feel confused, simplify ; if necessary, start over in a basic way, from the general to the specific. Think , think and think before you draw and while you draw.  Learn to make choices and decisions, this is the essence of the designer; is what differentiates you from the observer. Always believe in your ability and your instincts. Try , risk, scratch and scribble. Get into the habit of drawing every day. Save your drawings, be patient and always finish what you start.
